California Privacy Notice

This California Privacy Notice (“Notice”) supplements the Privacy Policy of Private Club Marketing, Inc. (“PCM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies solely to residents of the State of California, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, “CCPA/CPRA”). Any terms defined in the CCPA/CPRA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.

This Notice applies to California residents (“consumers”) whose personal information we collect in our capacity as a business. It supplements — and does not replace — our main Privacy Policy. Where we process personal information on behalf of our clients as a “service provider,” those clients’ own privacy policies govern that processing. This Notice addresses the data we collect and control directly.

Sale: PCM does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

Sharing: PCM does share personal information with Meta via the Conversions API for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising. Under the CPRA, this transmission constitutes “sharing” of personal information. Consumers may opt out of this sharing as described in Section 7 below.

How to Submit a Request

For requests that cannot be handled through the self-service controls above, please contact us at privacy-ccpa@privateclubmarketing.com or call 949.743.5793.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide a valid power of attorney or written authorization signed by the consumer, along with proof of the agent’s identity. We may contact you directly to verify the request.

Verification Process

When you submit a request, we will verify your identity by matching information you provide against information we already maintain. The level of verification required depends on the type of request and the sensitivity of the information involved. We may ask you to provide your name, email address, and other identifying details to complete verification.

Response Timeline

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. If we require additional time, we will notify you and may extend the response period by an additional 45 calendar days (90 days total).
