Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy describes how Private Club Marketing, Inc. (“PCM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) delivers services, processes payments, and handles cancellations and refunds across our service offerings.
1. Consulting Services
- Services commence upon execution of a signed contract or statement of work (SOW).
- Deliverables and timelines are defined within each individual agreement.
- Both remote and on-site consulting engagements are available depending on the scope of the project.
2. ClubCRM Platform (SaaS)
- Platform access is provisioned upon account creation and receipt of payment.
- The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a target uptime of 99.5%.
- Onboarding support is included with all subscriptions.
- Plan features are activated based on the subscription tier selected at sign-up or upgrade.
- Data migration assistance is available upon request.
3. Creative Services
- Deliverables are defined within individual project agreements.
- The revision process is outlined in each project contract.
- Final deliverables are provided in digital format unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
4. Products & Experiences
- PCM offers curated products and experiences for the golf, country club, and leisure lifestyle market.
- Delivery details and timelines are shared at the time of purchase.
5. Payment Terms
- Consulting: Payment terms are defined per contract — typically monthly retainer or project-based billing.
- ClubCRM: Monthly or annual subscription payments processed via Stripe.
- Creative Services: Payment per project agreement, typically structured as a 50% deposit with the balance due upon completion.
- Products: Full payment at time of purchase, processed via Stripe.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- ClubCRM Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
- Consulting: Cancellation terms are governed by the individual contract. In most cases, 30 days’ written notice is required.
- Products: Products may be returned within 30 days. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt with the reason for the return.
- Creative Services: Refunds are available for undelivered portions of work only. Completed and delivered work is non-refundable.
